My name is Francesca Grundy MA, MSt (Oxon.), PGCE, Dip. Couns. and I am the founder of North Manchester Counselling, offering support from my warm and cosy garden therapy room in Prestwich, within distance of Whitefield, Salford, Manchester City Centre, Cheetham Hill and Blackley. 

In addition to my rewarding work with adults, I have 20 years' experience working with young people and am an active volunteer with SHOUT, the text crisis platform where I have taken over   2, 000 conversations.

I believe in the healing, transformative power of person-centred therapy and will accompany you on your journey, however dark and difficult it may feel at times.
